Our Mission

Since Paul’s death many of his friends have been working to form a plan to honor his life and to keep alive the spirit that so embodied him. Not a day goes by that a person doesn’t remind us of a funny Paul story. He always put a smile on the face of whoever he encountered. But Paul was not only generous in extending good humor to make one smile; he was generous in many other ways. One example was the yearly tradition of adopting a family for Christmas bringing gifts so the children who otherwise would have nothing to open on Christmas morning. Or the single mother of three who was a student of Paul’s at Middlesex Community College, who called one day to say she didn’t think she would be able to attend class any longer because of a broken down car. Paul quietly got that car fixed.

Our Mission is to keep this spirit alive. The spirit of giving, whether it be in a way that makes one smile, or in a way that helps a person meet his/her daily needs, because it was what Paul did.

The Two designated recipients of proceeds from “A Night of Humor…A Glimpse Into Sully World”, this year are The Paul H. Sullivan Leadership Institute at Middlesex Community College and the Paul H. Sullivan Suite at Saints Medical Center.
